Threeple may identify a business through name and logo as a paid user of Threeple in marketing and promotional material. You may request by emailing hello@threeple.com that your businesses name and logo are not used in this way.

Data Storage and Privacy

Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone.

The Services use local browser storage to allow you to login to your account, maintain your profile and to use the Services. Users' Personal Information may be mirrored on multiple hosting servers across Australia. This is to ensure optimal availability and performance. Data (possibly including personal information) is stored on the AWS data centre in Sydney, Australia.

If we decide to store data on servers located overseas we will notify you at least 7 days prior to changes in Data storage being made.

We will treat your data in accordance with the Australian National Privacy Principles prescribed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including ensuring that such personal information is kept safe and secure.

If a data breach occurs, in accordance with the Australian National Data Breach, we will notify you as soon as possible with the following information: a description of the data breach; the kinds of information concerned and; recommendations about the steps you should take in response to the data breach.

Should you choose to use a 3rd party application as part of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that 3rd party services may access your data and that upon the 3rd party accessing your data, the we are no longer responsible for the management, use or protection of that data so long as it is stored outside of our control. The upshot being it is important that you do your due diligence on 3rd party applications.
