Data Storage and Privacy

Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on, sell or swap any of your personal details with anyone.

The Services use local browser storage to allow you to login to your account, maintain your profile and to use the Services. Users' Personal Information may be mirrored on multiple hosting servers across Australia. This is to ensure optimal availability and performance. Data (possibly including personal information) is stored on the AWS data centre in Sydney, Australia. In future we may decide to store data on servers located overseas.

We will treat your data in accordance with the Australian National Privacy Principles prescribed by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), including ensuring that such personal information is kept safe and secure.

If a data breach occurs, in accordance with the Australian National Data Breach, we will notify you as soon as possible with the following information: a description of the data breach; the kinds of information concerned and; recommendations about the steps you should take in response to the data breach.

Should you choose to use a 3rd party application as part of the Service, you acknowledge and agree that 3rd party services may access your data and that upon the 3rd party accessing your data, the we are no longer responsible for the management, use or protection of that data so long as it is stored outside of our control. For example, Threeple software may be made available via 3rd Party Distribution channels such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. You acknowledge that these privacy provision and our terms of service are between us only and do not extend to the relationships with 3rd parties. To the extent that you utilise such services, you are responsible for ensuring you understand their terms and privacy provisions.
